I provide psychological treatment in a range of areas including anxiety, depression/low mood, adjustment difficulties, stress management, adult ADHD, OCD, sleep issues, grief/loss, substance use and relationship/interpersonal issues.
My approach to treatment is one that is empathetic, collaborative and genuine. Treatment is tailored to the needs and goals of my clients.

I have completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) degree and a Doctor of Philosophy (Clinical Psychology) degree at the University of Wollongong. I work as both a Clinical Psychologist and as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the National Drug & Alcohol Research Centre, located at the University of New South Wales.
I have clinical experience working across a range of public and private settings including university clinics, youth and adolescent mental health services, and correctional centres. I have also lectured and taught psychology at multiple universities both nationally and internationally. My research career has included publications in a range of topics including mental health, health literacy and substance use disorders.
