Psychology - Beachside Physiotherapy and Psychology

Psychology

Beachside Psychology is a place to explore, heal and move forward in your life. Let’s face it, we all have challenges at some point in our lives, speaking with a highly trained and experienced Psychologist can make your journey far easier. Our therapists are extremely experienced, warm, friendly and non-judgmental, helping you feel at ease sharing your story.

We consider therapy to be a journey that you and your therapist take together to find out what’s not working in your life, heal past wounds, discover more of who you really are, overcome difficulties/challenges, and discover more helpful ways of thinking, feeling, acting and being in the world.

Why see a Psychologist?

  • Because there is a difference between how your life is and how you want it to be.
  • Despite your best intentions to change things, progress just isn’t being made.
  • Symptoms of anxiety and depression can be overwhelming and you may not know what to do.
  • You might feel you’re too much inside your own head, over-analyzing everything, but never changing. An objective third party could make the difference.
  • You may think you “just” need to do it, but it never seems to happen.
  • You know what you want to achieve but can’t work up the motivation to do so.
  • Our space is one of safety and no-judgement, you may feel that this is what you need to be able to get things off your chest.
