Cancellation Policy
Beachside Physiotherapy and Psychology schedule appointments based on
clients needs to achieve a great outcome for our clients. Late cancellations,
DNAs and late notice reschedules place enormous financial strain on the
business, impacts therapists income and hugely affects client outcomes.

Reminder texts
We endeavour to send reminder texts to every client. Occasionally this may not happen. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the client to attend the appointment he/she made. “I didn’t receive a text” is not an excuse for a missed appointment.
